To Our Valued Customer,

We are so very sorry to hear you are experiencing a challenge with your Amish Handcrafted Outdoor Furniture. We are here to support you and to make sure this gets taken care of in the most efficient way possible.

To best assist you we need the following items sent to customercare@amishcraftsmenguild.com at your earliest convenience so our ACG2 Customer Care Team can determine whether your specific issue is a REPAIR item or a WARRANTY item. 

A REPAIR item is when the circumstances surrounding the issue are due to any of the following limitations:

  1. Dye lots in poly-lumber vary. Remember HDPE or Recycled plastic is an imperfect medium due to the nature of it being recycled. Our manufacturers of the plastic and crafters of the furniture will do their very best to get the best match possible without any guarantee.
  2. Packaging and shipping to and from ACG2 is solely the responsibility of the customer. Please call ahead to arrange drop off time.
  3. In order to offset the cost incurred to our business , all active repair inquiries have a minimum of $75.00 administration/processing fee, which in non-refundable. Past the initial administration/processing fee, other fees may apply once it is determined how the repair will be made. Upon request we are happy to provide an estimate after an initial inspection. Other such fees that may apply to your repair in order for ACG2 to cover our costs are not limited to but may include the following:
Repair Hourly Rate (In House repair)$50/ hour
Transit of item to and from Crafters (PA Repair)$78
Replacement ParksVary Accordingly
Delivery Rates x2 (if we pick up and drop back off at residence)Vary according to zoned deliveries

With your assistance in preparing the following things we can expedite the process of opening a claim and begin the processing of your REPAIR items…

  • A copy of your original sales receipt as well as a copy of your “warranty”, “terms and conditions”, or “promises”.
  • An overall picture that shows the item in its entirety.
  • A Close-up picture of the issue in question.
  • If this is an issue with a patio table—a complete overall shot of the underneath of the table.

A WARRANTY item is when the circumstance follows BOTH of the following rules.

  • Damage occurred and was reported to ACG2 within the timeframe of the warranty issued on the original date of purchase by the ORIGINAL purchaser (original receipt accompanying such a request).
  • Damage incurred was NOT the result of a circumstance outside of the control of ACG2  items outside of ACG2 control are forces of nature, animals or critters, accidental application of chemicals—fertilizers due to environmental factors outside the control of ACG2, or misuse i.e. rocking a swivel plate or using gliders other than a forward and backward gliding motion).
  • Packaging and shipping to and from ACG2 is solely the responsibility of the customer. Please call ahead to arrange drop off time.

With your assistance in preparing the following things we can expedite the process of opening a claim and begin the processing of your warranty items…

  • A copy of your original sales receipt as well as a copy of your “warranty”, “terms and conditions”, or “promises”.
  • An overall picture that shows the item in its entirety.
  • A Close-up picture of the issue in question.
  • If this is an issue with a patio table—a complete overall shot of the underneath of the table.

Once it has been determined that your issue is indeed an issue that falls under the issued WARRANTY, we will need to schedule a time for the furniture to come to ACG2, so we can then either repair or replace the item. Packaging and shipping to and from ACG2 is solely the responsibility of the customer. NOTE: depending on the time of year and whether the issue compromises the immediate use of the item, we may ask our customers to wait until our crafter’s “off season” (Oct-Feb) to have the warranty completed.

Rest assured in either the case of a REPAIR OR a WARRANTY claim we will do our best to expedite this process to the best of our ability.
